An award-winning author of young adult historical fiction, Christine wrote her debut novel set in the WWI era about German immigrants in Pittsburgh  — MAGDA, STANDING (published by Bold Story Press in June 2023) — under her full name, Christine Fallert Kessides.

Under the name Christine Kessides, she released two children’s picture books in 2025, both from Atmosphere Press: A TAIL TALE ( January) and its sequel, TAIL TALE TOO (October).

All three books are distributed by Ingram and can be purchased from any bookseller online.
